Job Opportunity: Senior Solicitor – Corporate Finance
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for a senior solicitor to join a leading corporate finance team in Scotland.
Recognised for delivering exceptional service and handling complex, high-profile transactions, this team supports clients across diverse sectors, including technology, life sciences, energy and real estate. The role involves advising UK and international clients on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), equity financings, joint ventures and IPOs.
Experience:
Minimum of 6 years’ PQE in corporate finance
Hands-on experience managing corporate transactions in a legal role
Exposure to public and private company M&A, equity financings and IPOs is highly desirable
Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and manage a wide variety of corporate transactions
Collaborate with clients, internal departments and external advisers to ensure seamless service delivery
Actively contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives while supporting the team’s growth
Skills:
Strong technical expertise in corporate finance law and transaction management
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
